Hi, I'm Nina, and I am the recipe creator, baker and photographer behind Nina Kneads to Bake.
I have always liked baking, but about 6 years ago, I really dedicated myself to trying different recipes and learning new techniques. I learned so much during that time and discovered that I have a huge passion for baking!
At that time I was following (and still do follow) a few baking blogs, and thought, I could do this too! I created my blog in October 2018!
Nina Kneads to Bake has a collection of both sweet and savoury recipes. They all range from beginner to intermediate, so there is something for every level of baker. I add in lots of step-by-step pictures and detailed instructions with lots of helpful tips.
I believe that anyone can learn to bake confidently.
About Nina
I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. I have had many different job opportunities in the past that include retail, flight attendant and medical receptionist. My most recent job was in the Canadian military as an HR administrator. Here is me in some of my previous jobs!
In 2016 I got married to my amazing husband and we had our first child in 2017, a baby girl. Then we had a baby boy in December 2020.
I released from the military after more than 4 years of service to be a full time Mom. My husband is an active military member so we move around Canada a lot.
